This Shipping Policy explains how Nature Delights processes and ships orders of our solar-dried fruits, vegetables, powders, and herbs.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days of being placed. During sale periods or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is typically 4-8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship to select international destinations, including for our Food & Beverage, Nutraceuticals & Wellness, Cosmetics & Personal Care, and Pharmaceuticals industry partners. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival; these are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Once your order ships, we will send you tracking information by email where available, so you can follow your package to your door.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any concerns about a delayed order.
